About Us
Psych 4 U is a growing outpatient mental health practice serving South Florida and, via telehealth, patients in Utah. We provide psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and individual therapy under one roof — which means our counselors work alongside prescribers instead of chasing them down. We’re expanding our service lines, including TMS, and we’re looking for a licensed clinician who wants to grow with us.
The Role
You’ll carry your own therapy caseload of adults and/or adolescents, with the clinical autonomy to run your sessions your way. Day to day, that means:
• Conducting intakes, biopsychosocial assessments, and ongoing individual therapy
• Developing and updating treatment plans
• Coordinating care with our psychiatric providers on shared patients
• Completing documentation in our EHR within [X] business days of each session
What We're Looking For
• Active, unrestricted Florida license as an LCSW or LMHC (registered interns will not be considered for this posting)
• Master’s degree in social work, mental health counseling, or a related field
• Comfort with telehealth and electronic documentation
• Solid, timely notes — we protect our clinicians from admin creep, but charts have to stay clean
• Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Portuguese is a strong plus
